Greypoint was founded by Jeffrey “Josey” Rogers, who brings over 20 years of construction experience to every project. From small residential builds to multi-million-dollar commercial projects, Josey’s expertise spans all facets of the industry. His passion lies in managing the entire process, ensuring every detail reflects the client’s vision.
Beyond his work at Greypoint, Josey values time with his family. Whether on the soccer field, at the lake, or grilling with loved ones, he brings the same dedication to his personal life that he brings to building homes.

Kara Rubow – Project & Office Coordinator
As Project and Office Coordinator at Greypoint Construction, I help bring our clients’ visions of custom homes to life. I focus on making each project run smoothly through clear communication, thoughtful design coordination, and organized project management.
I enjoy working closely with clients to ensure their ideas are understood and beautifully executed—from the first design conversation to the final details. Having grown up in Northwest Arkansas since early childhood, I love being part of a company that builds in the community I call home.
Outside of work, I’m married and share life with one very spoiled dog. I love traveling, spending time at the lake, and enjoying the outdoors whenever possible. At Greypoint, I’m proud to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and creating homes that reflect the people who live in them.
Thomas McMunigal – Jobsite Coordinator
As Jobsite Coordinator at Greypoint Construction, I help bring each home to life in the field—overseeing day-to-day progress and ensuring that every detail aligns with our design and quality standards. Since joining the Greypoint team, I’ve focused on creating efficient, well-organized job sites where communication and craftsmanship come together seamlessly.
I work directly with our trade partners and suppliers to keep timelines on track, materials ready, and every part of the build moving forward smoothly. From coordinating inspections to walking through final punch lists, I take pride in making sure the end result reflects the vision our clients imagined.
Originally from out of state, I moved to Arkansas to be closer to loved ones—family is my top priority. Before joining Greypoint, I worked in remodeling and in the oil field industry, managing crews and overseeing operations. I enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and spending free time camping, dirt biking, and mountain biking.

TIMELY BUILD
